PvP Points Systems

Infamy

For each person you kill, a penalty is applied. 1 Infamy point is gained per kill, and up to 11 points can be accumulated. Depending on the amount of infamy points one has, the penalty is more severe. You only get a penalty if your killing another person from your nation or an allied nation.

Infamy penalties applied to the character in PvP mode, as follows:

– Other players can see that you have infamy.
– Item durability reduction rate doubled.
– 20% exp reduction.
  • 5-7 points:

– Item durability reduction rate doubled along with the repair costs.
– 20% Exp reduction
  • 8-10 points:

– Mob item drop rates severely reduced.
– No experience points awarded.
– Item durability reduction rate tripled along with the repair costs.
– If someone kills you in PvP mode, they do not receive infamy.
  • 11 points:
– Other players can see that you have infamy.
– Mob item drop rates severely reduced.
– Mob hunting experience reduced to zero.
– Item durability reduction rate severely increased along with the repair costs.
– If someone kills you in PvP mode, they do not receive infamy.

Getting Rid of Infamy points

At some point, you will want to cool down, take a break from the slaughter, and reduce your infamy. Basically, you need to hang out for awhile… The more points you have, the longer they take to go away.

Step 1 (2-4 points)
30 minutes elapsed, without gaining infamy equals one point lost.
Step 2 (5-7 points)
60 minutes elapsed, without gaining infamy equals one point lost.
Step 3 (8-10 points)
180 minutes elapsed, without gaining infamy equals one point lost.
Step 4 (11 points)
600 minutes elapsed, without gaining infamy equals one point lost.

Or, you can get an Atonement scroll at the cash shop which will instantly reset your infamy to zero.
